**Our Client**:
Our client is a worldwide transport and logistic leader, headquartered in France. They provide an end-to-end solution in freight forwarding, contract logistics, distribution & express, road transport, and supply chain optimization. They are actively looking to hire a Business Excellence Executive to administer and support the BE policy and initiatives in the organization.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Support continuous improvement and Road to Excellence with cross functional teams/ departments/ function
- Administer and support operational excellence strategies to improve reliability and performance visibility
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement program pipeline and initiatives using data collected from survey
- Conduct training, coaching, and mentoring to develop skills and competencies of agents, regularly conduct performance dialogues with management teams as well as relevant department
- Administer and support QSHE and Compliance through policy implementation, guidelines, audit, and conformances using suitable project management and reporting tools
- Administer and support QSHE reporting and documentations by maintaining, updating, and improving existing SOP and work instructions
- Support certification and accreditation across sub-regions and countries required
- Support R2E improvement and QSHE projects using suitable project management methodology to ensure work is delivered within target time, quality, and budget
- Support communication with all stakeholders internally
- Develop regional plan and implement annua global BE plan and budget
- Administer, and support communication on development global policies. Determine policies and procedures on a local level. Implement, optimize, monitor, and ensure consistency on global level to ensure communication of strategy and business results are consistent
- Support, steer, develop and monitor direct and functional reports, ensure work done is in line with global HR policies, individual and company's objective
- Establish key data for KPI of service and productivity. Monitor and optimize workflow in operation
- Implement and maintain a global integrated management system, standardize, and ensure compliance is monitored with needs from functional areas
- Provide support to ensure internal and external programs are sustainable
- Work together with BD to support customer solutions, based on customer request and market trends

**The Requirements**:

- Degree in Logistic Management/ Transportation/ Supply Chain or any related disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sustainability/ quality management/ project management/ environmental matters/ H&S/ business process management
- Must have good knowledge of Health and Safety and environmental matters
- Preferably accredited lead auditor for ISO/OHSAS experience
- Preferably with experience in Operations Excellence
- Good understanding of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belts, Black Belts, Lean Champions), SMART, ISO, Bizsafe
- Team player, analytical, and with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated with problem solving skills
- Independent and able to work in fast-paced and stressful environment
