Job Title: Senior Manager of Operational Excellence
Job Description:
This senior manager position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of processes within the operations program management organization.
The individual in this role provides guidance, direction, and support to site project managers to foster strong collaboration between functional areas.
In addition, the Senior Manager ensures business relationships with operational sites and commercial projects owners are maintained.
- Fulfills company procedures and quality improvement policies
- Ensures security, cleanliness, and tidiness
- Provides support to other operational sites
Key Responsibilities:
Global Project Relationship Management
Manages project relationships globally, acting as an escalation point for product programs, projects, and operational performance issues.
Collaborative Communication
Facilitates communication between all functional areas within a location/business group/vertically integrated organization.
Customer and Site Support
Supports internal customers (GAM, BDM, Leadership Team) and external customers (operational sites).
Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
Evaluates customer expectations and communicates them clearly within the organization.
Inputs into customer contract development and ensures compliance with requirements.
Business Development and Sales
Identifies additional opportunities within a division/
