We deliver two innovative, story-based programs for kids aged 6 months to 11 years: Chess at Three – teaches chess to children as young as 3 through storytelling and play Birchguard Quest – a fantasy roleplaying adventure that builds communication and confidence for ages 6–11We've reached 150,000+ kids worldwide—and we're just getting started. What You'll Do As a Sales Operations Executive , you'll be the go-to guide for families exploring our programs. You'll lead sales conversations, ensure a top-tier customer experience, and support daily center operations. Sales & Parent Engagement: Consult with new families, recommend programs, and drive enrollments Customer Relationships: Build trust, manage ongoing communications, and upsell classes, camps, and workshops Center Operations: Ensure classrooms are ready, prep materials, track inventory, and capture media (photos/videos)Admin & Data: Manage attendance, class scheduling, and CRM/spreadsheet data.
