Job Opportunity: ASCC Design & Delivery Supervisor

This is a pivotal role in upholding the mission of the Security Control Centre (SCC) to provide a secure and resilient environment for regional operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technical programs, including Alarm Prioritization Framework (APF), Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Technical Risk Register, Change Management, and System Administration.
  • Ensure system changes are thoroughly tested and validated, with a focus on maintaining operational integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Regional Security Heads, TWDC IT, and Network departments, to articulate functional requirements for technical deployments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with security system vendors and conduct post-project evaluations to ensure ASCC systems are updated correctly.

Requirements:

  • Industry-recognized accreditation in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Strong technical expertise in security systems, including access control, CCTV, mass notification, and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).
  • At least four years of corporate security experience at an Analyst/Senior Analyst level managing security systems.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of IT infrastructure and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with IT Helpdesk Systems and the ability to interpret construction drawings using tools like Bluebeam Revu.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on technical issue resolution.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
