Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Event Coordinator to support accounts and project teams in planning, managing, and executing event activations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising between clients and internal teams for project requirements, coordinating project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and managing client communications and feedback.

  • Liaise with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
  • Manage event timelines, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering memorable events.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of event planning software and technology
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
