About the Role
As a Pricing Controlling Manager , you will oversee all aspects of costing and raw material management within your assigned region. This involves ensuring that costs utilized for making price decisions are accurate and reliable. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide expert guidance and support, leveraging your strong analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
This role builds on the foundation laid by baseline analysts, with an expanded scope that demands a high level of responsibility and accountability. As such, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who is well-versed in finance, economics, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage regional costs and raw materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Take ownership of tasks and initiatives, driving innovation and improvement in processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate cost updates and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Develop and present reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Lead projects and initiatives, representing Pricing Controlling in global and regional projects.
  • Present data findings and analysis to large groups, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.

About You:

  • You possess fluency in English and a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in finance or pricing functions, with a proven track record of success.
  • You are a people-focused leader, encouraging team growth and development, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are able to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively, with excellent communication skills and adaptability.
  • You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including lookup, index-match, pivot tables, and other relevant tools.
  • You have experience working in manufacturing environments or with SAP, with a strong understanding of PowerBi.
