Job Overview

The HR Shared Services Specialist plays a pivotal role in streamlining new hire onboarding administration processes, ensuring seamless staff movement activities, and providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders.

This role demands a high level of initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

In addition, the successful candidate will have good knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as experience in using Workday system. A minimum degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry.

  • Develop and implement efficient new hire onboarding procedures
  • Coordinate all staff movement activities
  • Administer Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers
  • Manage foreign pass-related matters
  • Implement robust data management practices
  • Ensure timely storage of employee documents
  • Provide accurate, timely, and thoughtful responses to employees and stakeholders
