Job Overview

Tender managers play a pivotal role in the success of business ventures by navigating complex procurement processes and coordinating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive tenders that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate detailed cost proposals incorporating assessments, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Utilize GeBIZ procurement system expertise to effectively manage tender submissions for government projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile technical and commercial information, driving informed decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on cost and tender-related tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering discipline is mandatory.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in tendering M&E systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with GeBIZ procurement system is required.
  • Leadership and management skills are necessary to lead teams and manage tender submissions accurately and timely.
