Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Air Export Customer Service Assistant/Executive to manage and coordinate air export operations. The role involves handling shipment bookings, preparing export documentation, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth and timely cargo movement. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities: Fully utilize the in-house system to manage and execute air export shipment bookings. Coordinate with both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure shipment readiness and adherence to delivery schedules. Prepare and process all required documentation, including invoices, reports, permits, and Airway Bills, in an accurate and timely manner.
