Overview
DBS Group Audit is looking for a motivated and experienced specialist in Digital Transformation (VP) to join our Audit Platform team. The Group Audit Data Analytics & Platform team is responsible for driving innovation in Digital & Data and Transformation to help audit teams uncover risks and control weaknesses across different markets and advance the digital auditing journey.
Responsibilities
Identify and analyze digital and data trends relevant to the audit function, including new digital business models, data analytics, etc.
Research and recommend emerging technologies, including AI and GenAI, to enhance Group Audit's processes and drive innovation
Develop and implement digital and data transformation roadmaps, outlining business needs, appropriate technologies, and adoption strategies
Lead the implementation of new technologies and drive adoption and central communication across all Group Audit teams
Manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align digital transformation initiatives with overall business objectives
Measure and demonstrate the value realised through the usage of digital tools and AI/Gen AI solutions
Requirements
A bachelor's degree (or higher) with minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in driving digital, data or analytic transformation
Strong understanding of digital and data trends in the financial industry
Knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies and their applications
Skilled in storyboarding for the transformation strategy on AI and digital transformation initiatives
Skilled in communication and presentation
Proven ability to drive change management initiatives
Experience working with senior stakeholders
Excellent powerpoint skills
Independent, self-motivated, proactive team player and can work under pressure
Prior IT consultancy background a plus
