VP, Specialist, Digital Transformation, Group Audit

DBS Group Audit is looking for a motivated and experienced specialist in Digital Transformation (VP) to join our Audit Platform team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze digital and data trends relevant to the audit function, including new digital business models, data analytics, etc..
- Research and recommend emerging technologies, including AI and GenAI, to enhance Group Audit's processes and drive innovation.
- Develop and implement digital and data transformation roadmaps, outlining business needs, appropriate technologies, and adoption strategies.
- Lead the implementation of new technologies and drive adoption and central communication across all Group Audit teams.
- Manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align digital transformation initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Measure and demonstrate the value realised through the usage of digital tools and AI/Gen AI solutions
- A bachelor's degree (or higher) with minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in driving digital, data or analytic transformation
- Strong understanding of digital and data trends in the financial industry.
- Knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies and their applications.
- Skilled in storyboarding for the transformation strategy on AI and digital transformation initiatives.
- Skilled in communication and presentation.
- Proven ability to drive change management initiatives.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent powerpoint skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, proactive team player and can work under pressure.
- Prior IT consultancy background a plus.
