DBS Group Audit prides itself with the use of Data Analytics & Digital in enhancing audit effectiveness and efficiency. To that end, Audit Data Chapter within Group Audit is responsible for driving innovation in AI & Analytics to help audit teams better uncover risks and control weakness across different markets.

DBS Group Audit is looking for a motivated and experienced Data Translator to join our Audit Data Chapter team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering and Solution Design: Work closely with business auditors across multiple audit functions and locations to understand their requirements, and work with data analysts and data scientists to design and implement tailored data-driven solutions.

  • Drive Efficiency and Impact: Optimise workflows through the use of enterprise GenAI tools, to enhance project implementation efficiency. Champion the adoption of Audit AI/GenAI tools among stakeholders, showcasing the value and impact of delivered solutions.

  • Value Realisation: Work with the Audit Data Chapter Lead, Platform Lead, and COO team to measure and demonstrate the value realised through the usage of digital tools and AI/GenAI solutions. This includes quantifying improvements in productivity and identifying other key benefits.

  • Change Management: Facilitate the change management process to drive awareness and adoption. This includes reinforcing business value and effectively translating technical concepts to business stakeholders, including senior management.

  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional development and contributing to the team's overall success.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Good knowledge in AI and data analytics.

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in driving digital, data or analytics transformation.

  • Experience with Generative AI models and their applications.

  • Hands-on skills in data analytics and dashboarding is a strong plus

  • Knowledge of banking and audit is a strong plus

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Consulting background is a plus.

  • Skilled in storyboarding for AI and digital transformation initiatives, including developing presentations for senior stakeholders & outreach.

  • Good interpersonal skill and stakeholder management skill

  • Independent, self-motivated, team player and can work under pressure
