Job Overview

The Head of Rehabilitation Department will lead a multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality care to patients requiring geriatric and neurological physiotherapy/occupational therapy.

  • Collaborate with therapists and assistants to deliver personalized treatment plans.
  • Supervise Therapy Assistants and participate in patient consultations.
  • Assess and manage patients independently, documenting accurate physiotherapy records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
  • Full registration with AHPC.
  • Relevant experience in stroke and geriatric rehabilitation.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
