Rehabilitation Unit Leader

This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the Rehabilitation Unit. It is a key position that ensures high-quality service delivery and adherence to established guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular clinical supervision sessions with team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Review and implement case management, program, and behavioral management policies in line with industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Represent the organization at court cases, inter-disciplinary conferences, and other events, promoting a positive image and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Work or Psychology (preferably).
  • At least 5 years of management experience in a related field.
  • Clinical training is an advantage, demonstrating a strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices.
