Aesthetic Laser Specialist

The role of Aesthetic Laser Specialist involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of aesthetic laser systems. This includes configuring laser devices at client locations or in-clinic environments, diagnosing and repairing technical faults on various laser platforms, performing regular calibration, performance verification, and preventative maintenance, providing basic technical training and support to clinical users, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining accurate service logs and records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Laser System Installation & Setup: Install and configure aesthetic laser systems at client sites or in-clinics.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on diverse laser systems.
  • Calibration & Testing: Regularly calibrate, test, and perform preventive maintenance on laser equipment.
  • Technical Support: Provide initial training and assistance to medical staff on safe operation of laser systems.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (FDA, IEC, ANSI) and safety protocols for laser usage.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise records of services performed, technical reports, and maintenance history.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic or medical laser devices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, circuit diagrams, and schematics.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple clinic locations, if required.
