Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Precision Laser Bonding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing laser-assisted bonding processes for advanced packaging applications.

About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of materials science and laser technology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with laser-assisted bonding equipment and analytical tools such as X-ray, SAM, OM, etc. In addition to process development and optimization, the successful candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, analyzing results, and implementing improvements to increase yield and quality.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and optimize laser-assisted bonding processes for product packaging, advanced interconnects, or micro-assembly
* Scale-up and qualify new laser bonding processes from R&D to high-volume production
* Troubleshoot laser systems and bonding processes; analyze and resolve yield, quality, and reliability issues
* Maintain accurate records of process parameters, recipes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and results for compliance and technology transfer

Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in design and development of equipment's or semiconductor packaging or advanced interconnect processes
* Experience with Laser Assisted bonding technologies is highly preferred. Familiarity with laser or optical systems is necessary
* Excellent trouble-shooting, risk analysis, FMEA, and statistical analysis skills
