Job Description Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within various industrial sectors, particularly those with complex waste streams, to drive significant revenue and volume growth. Build sustainable relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive and collaborative communication. Provide expert commercial and technical guidance on hazardous waste solutions. Develop comprehensive and persuasive quotations, proposals, and tender submissions that showcase the organization’s expertise and competitive advantages in hazardous waste management. Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms and close sales agreements. Coordinate with technical, logistics, and operations departments to design and deliver tailored solutions for complex waste streams. Coordinate all on‑site activities and maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance at all times. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and gather intelligence on key market trends in the Singapore toxic industrial waste landscape. Stay current with environmental regulations, including National Environment Agency (NEA) requirements and Basel Convention standards, to ensure all service offerings remain fully compliant with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports and pipeline updates for all customers in the Salesforce system to ensure proper data integrity and accessibility. Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 10 years business development, sales, or marketing experience. Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of the chemical, oil & gas, or microelectronics industries is advantageous.
