Corporate Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Planning Specialist to join our team.

This is a key role that requires strong planning and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating company-wide initiatives, managing project timelines, and ensuring effective communication across departments.

Job Description

This position involves working closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development of corporate strategies and plans;
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;
  • Managing project timelines and ensuring timely delivery;
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Providing administrative support to senior management.

Additionally, this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, management);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate planning or a related field;
  • Strong planning and organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

You should also be proficient in project management tools and techniques, and have a solid understanding of business operations and principles.
