Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Business Growth

Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies.
Drive revenue and profitability growth through innovative channel strategies.
Telecom Partner & Account Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with C-level executives at telecom partners.
Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and strategic collaborations.
Develop exclusive product bundling and co-marketing initiatives.
Sales & Performance Management
Set and track sales targets, ensuring telecom partners achieve performance goals.
Optimize pricing, promotions, and sales incentive structures.
Drive salesforce training and engagement to maximize conversion rates.
Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy
Oversee product launches, ensuring seamless alignment with telecom partners.
Implement omnichannel sales strategies (retail + online).
Lead data-driven marketing initiatives to drive consumer engagement.
Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership
