Assistant Manager/Manager, Human Resource Department (1 year contract)
The following description outlines the responsibilities and qualifications for the Assistant Manager/Manager, Human Resource Department (1 year contract).
What You Will Be Working On
HR operations: Support the shared services team with training and benefits administration, staff engagement, exit management and manpower planning
Manage secondments, deployments and documentation
Organise HR events and handle course registrations and payments
Assist in training sessions for Senior Management and staff
Oversee the maintenance of training statistics and conduct induction
Perform secretarial duties and other tasks as assigned
Data management and digitalisation: Develop and manage a comprehensive database with the HR team
Work with the team to create dashboards, training records and functional competency data
Integrate HR database with the HRPS system
Reorganise the department’s shared drive for improved accessibility and updates
Process improvement: Draft new workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR administration, payroll and training administration with the HR team
Involve in project team on the insourcing of HR administration function
What We Are Looking For
Relevant work experience in the HR field would be beneficial
Meticulous and a team player
Proactive, eager to learn and display good initiative
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP system
