Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly payroll processing, CPF submission, including year-end reporting to IRAS. Monitor and process foreign manpower applications, renewals and cancellations for Work Permit, Special Pass and Employment Pass. Facilitate and coordinate onboarding program and processes (employee orientation, work pass application, coordinate training for new hires, etc). Process NS, childcare, maternity, and paternity claims. Manage HR related letters, maintaining P-File and HR Documentation, etc... Actively support the WAH Committee and HRD in organising employee bonding activities and Welfare and Health (WAH) activities. Oversee training-related matters such as course application, course registration, training effectiveness and monitoring of training grants. Handling employee grievances, conducting exit interviews and enhancing bonding among employees Responsible for Human Resource Management Systems (e-Claims, e-Payroll, e-TMS, e-Leave, e-HR). Complete statutory required surveys and salary surveys as and when required. Coordinate with insurance agents with regard to cancellation, renewal and new coverage of insurance. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards. Handle all matters related to staff retirement and re-employment. Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies within the HR team and take the initiative to propose and bring them up for discussion. Assist in the general administrative affairs in the admin office and provide support to colleagues when needed. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. 3 years of HR experience with exporsure to HR operations and employee engagement. Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office preferred. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
