Job Role:

We are seeking a senior professional to manage operational processes and deliver exceptional client service in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, direct experience in business operations, sales or management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include acting as the point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring delivery of high service levels, and maintaining regular contact with clients to obtain feedback on service levels.

Additionally, you will monitor regional and global markets for new developments, analyze the impact of market developments and regulatory changes, and prepare reports on specific topics of interest. You will also ensure effective and timely client communication on areas of client impact and initiate issue escalation when necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Direct experience in business operations, sales, or management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide outstanding client service at a senior level
