Job Overview
We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the onboarding process of our most valuable new customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring seamless integration with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding plans to drive long-term customer success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve relationships and tailor solutions to meet unique business needs.
  • Provide expert guidance to help advertisers maximize their return on investment.

Qualifications and Requirements

Necessary Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing roles.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role in Australia/New Zealand.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
