E-commerce & Operations Executive
to join our team.
This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across online platforms, retail partnerships, and consumer experiences. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our e-commerce strategy while ensuring the smooth operation of our online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise performance across online retail platforms, including shop-in-shop experiences and banner placements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the accuracy and quality of all product listings and digital assets.
Develop and implement e-commerce marketing campaigns across email, paid advertising, SEO, social media, influencer marketing, and PR channels.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment across platforms.
Build and manage an e-commerce calendar aligned with marketing and promotional plans.
Enhance the online customer journey to improve user experience and maximise conversion rates.
Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce channel, ensuring smooth functionality.
Track and analyse performance metrics such as sales, website traffic, conversion rates, CPA, CLV, and click-through rates.
Develop exclusive offerings tailored for different sales channels and customer segments.
Coordinate procurement for promotional events and brand activations.
Build and maintain KOL (key opinion leader) partnerships to support brand visibility.
Requirements
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting sales data to inform strategic planning.
Highly adaptable and capable of managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
