The E-Commerce Executive contributes to the growth of the e-commerce business by enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfillment, and maintaining the technology and infrastructure. He/she works independently to value-add to a digitally-motivated environment where he/she ensures seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business as an omnichannel.

He/she is also responsible for analyzing data to generate data-driven commercial insights and managing partner relationships. He/she is an energetic, collaborative, and results-oriented self-starter. He/she is technology-savvy, structured, and able to operate well in a team under pressure.

**1) Drive e-Commerce business growth**
- Implement and maintain e-Commerce activities
- Contribute to revenue and profitability growth across digital platforms
- Identify strategic business partnerships
- Implement new business collaboration initiatives
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing, and social media programs and/or activities over digital platforms
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-Commerce activities
- Monitor new market trends, business opportunities, and market segments in the global and local landscape
- Incorporate futureproof initiatives to enhance e-commerce capabilities

**2) Execute customer order fulfillment**
- Monitor fulfillment of customers' orders via store pickup or delivery service
- Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders
- Ensure seamless end-to-end user experience and satisfaction

**3) Manage relationships with partners**
- Build and maintain business partnerships
- Organise relevant information to contribute to negotiation efforts with partners
- Review partner performance
- Establish and manage new partner opportunities

**4) Enhance e-Commerce customer experience**
- Role model service vision
- Manage operations for service excellence
- Manage a diverse service environment for local and international target audiences
- Respond to enquiries, leads, support, requests from customers
- Establish relationships for customer confidence
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
- Implement customer retention and loyalty programmes
- Incorporate new technologies like AR / VR / Virtual store / AI

**5) Generate data-driven commercial insights**
- Track and report business outcomes of data-driven insights
- Prepare insights reports on data-mining outcomes
- Quantify sales performance with future planning and analytics

**6) Drive technology and infrastructure enablement**
- Provide specialised knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategies and roadmaps
- Implement preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plans
- Execute vendor relationship management activities
- Operate and maintain existing IT infrastructure and networks based on standard operating procedures
- Monitor and maintain smooth functionality of website
- Monitor new and emerging technologies
- Implement new systems and technologies

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Positive working attitude and a sense of responsibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Good attention to detail
- Background in handling e-commerce activities (local/international)
