Alumni Engagement Grow and energize the alumni community through strategic events and outreach. Foster alumni involvement in mentorship, career development, and institutional advancement. Strengthen alumni ties to create internship, employment, and industry sharing opportunities for students. Leverage alumni networks to secure business development and partnership leads. Collaborate with Marketing to showcase alumni success and drive engagement. Use AI tools to personalize outreach, analyze engagement trends, and optimize alumni communications. Internship Placement & Industrial Engagement Lead efforts to secure diverse, high-quality internship placements for students. Act as the key connector between students, the institution, and employers. Build strong relationships with industry to align talent needs and placement strategies. Collaborate on postgraduate placements and support curriculum development with insights on emerging skills. Student Relations Champion initiatives that enrich campus life and bridge learning with industry expectations. Organize engaging workshops, seminars, and mentoring sessions with alumni and professionals. Leverage AI tools to provide smart career coaching, resume editing, and personalized guidance to students. Support students in managing challenges impacting on their campus life or the progression in their studies. What Makes you Shine Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 10 years of working experience with strong people management skills. Passionate about building a vibrant alumni community. Preferably an existing active alumnus/alumna. Ability to leverage digital platforms and AI tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective organizational and leadership abilities.
