What You Will Be Working On JTC Academy is seeking a self-motivated, resourceful and resilient individual, who shares our passion to delight our users (colleagues) with inspiring learning experiences, our mission to build the competencies and expertise of all JTC officers, and to create a sustainable learning culture in JTC. Our ideal candidate is a strong manager of development programmes and deliverables, a solid writer, and an experimental thinker with keen instinct for instructional, interaction and experience design. The candidate will be part of a pioneering team of hybrid talents who will be expected to look beyond point solutions as they formulate learning and development strategies and apply design to the creation of new learning content, digital solutions, learning systems, and new user experiences. What We Are Looking For Background in Arts & Social Sciences/Service Design /Communication Studies or relevant Cross- and Multi- Disciplinary training (e.g. Data Science & Social Sciences/Humanities combinations) preferred. Strong project and people management skills. Must be able to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor. Possess a strong command of the English language, is effectively bilingual and has the capability to synthesize and present information clearly. Good aesthetic sense. Proven proficiency in industry-standard publication, animation software tools, design, communications, development and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. Competent in defining, planning and managing project deliverables. Competent in formulating user surveys and conducting user research. Ability to interpret user (internal and external) needs and analyse/ interpret data. Skilled and competent in organising thoughts with speed, communicating with clarity and impact, as well as articulating and presenting ideas clearly and persuasively. Thrives on being meticulous and a multi-tasker who can adapt and keep to tight timelines and sudden deadlines.
