Job Title: HR Executive (Talent Management / Learning & Development)

Our client serves as the APAC regional headquarters for a renowned manufacturer of consumer solutions, industrial components, and devices. Their core mission is to oversee regional subsidiaries and provide shared services to drive operational excellence.
They are seeking an HR Executive (Talent Management / Learning & Development) to develop and implement strategies that enhance talent performance, employee development, and engagement. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to manage talent pipelines, foster employee growth, and design impactful learning programs that contribute to organizational success.
This position reports to the Talent Management Manager.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing integrated strategies that link talent management and learning efforts to promote corporate outcomes and employee growth.
Work closely with the team to discover development opportunities and actionable career paths for individuals through the annual performance review process.
Contribute to the creation of talent pipelines and succession plans by identifying high-potential individuals and resolving important skill shortages through targeted development programs.
Create and implement complete learning solutions, such as workshops, e-learning, and leadership development programs, to improve staff capacities.
Implement activities to increase employee engagement, promote health and wellness programs, foster a culture of continuous learning, and improve retention rates.
Work with executives to create and update competency models for talent acquisition, development, and evaluation.
Use data insights from performance indicators, learning outcomes, and employee feedback to assess success and suggest improvements.
Use HRIS and LMS to streamline talent management and development operations.
Support organizational change initiatives by providing staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changing business priorities.
Coordinate and arrange hotel accommodations and event venues for training sessions, workshops, and corporate events.

Variable Bonus (based on company and individual performance)
Annual Leave: 14 days (up to a maximum of 19 days, with an additional day for every 2 years of service)
Medical Leave: 14 days
Flexi/Wellness Leave: 1.5 days
Company Holidays: 2 fixed days – Chinese New Year's Eve and New Year’s Eve
Medical Insurance: Coverage under the company’s medical plan, including benefits for up to 4 dependents (non-working spouses and children)
Transportation Allowance: SGD 170 per month
Flex Scheme: SGD 600 per year (subject to changes in the new fiscal year)
Requirements & Preferences:
Must:
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Management
- Ability to start within short notice or within 1 month's notice
- Prior experience working in an MNC environment (more than 200 employees)
Advantageous:
- Experience in Learning & Development
- Familiarity with HRIS and LMS systems
