As a Senior Director of FP&A at Endpoint, an interactive response technology (IRT) systems and solutions provider catering to the life sciences industry, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis functions. Your strategic mindset and analytical skills will be pivotal in driving data-informed decision-making, optimizing financial performance, and providing actionable insights to the executive leadership team.Your responsibilities will include leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the organization, developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning, and partnering with business leaders to offer financial insights that promote growth and efficiency. You will be tasked with analyzing financial results, identifying trends, and effectively communicating key drivers of performance. Additionally, you will prepare executive-level presentations and reports for the CFO, CEO, and the Board of Directors.Furthermore, your role will involve overseeing and enhancing FP&A systems, tools, and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with the controller for the month-end close assurance to ensure financial reports are accurate with proper accruals will also be part of your responsibilities.To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, along with years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles. Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of building and developing teams will be essential for success in this role.The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in financial systems such as NetSuite, , Adaptive Insights, or similar tools, as well as advanced Excel skills, is required. This offshore position may necessitate flexibility to support U.S. business hours, particularly for meetings, reporting deadlines, and collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.
