Overview
This position offers an exciting and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play a key role in supporting, influencing business decisions and growth. Reporting to the Finance Director, Global Operations, this is a critical business partner to the local stakeholders which encompasses global manufacturing, procurement, materials, facilities, supply chain / logistics, quality, R&D, tax, treasury and corporate reporting.

Reporting to the Finance Director, Global Operations, this is a critical business partner to the local stakeholders which encompasses global manufacturing, procurement, materials, facilities, supply chain / logistics, quality, R&D, tax, treasury and corporate reporting.
Responsibilities
Analyze and report on manufacturing results against budget, forecasts and prior year, including price and quantity variances.
Understand BOM changes and their financial impacts.
Participate in product standard costing exercise.
Identify & present business risks and opportunities, with data driven analysis.
Provide financial analyses and reports to support decision making for strategic goals.
Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan process with relevant stakeholders.
Provide support to other areas of Operations.
Participate in continuous improvement projects as appropriate.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/ACCA and 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing & supply chain entity.
Experience with SAP, advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis/query skills; and Analysis for Office strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills (verbal and written).
Comfortable with Matrix reporting structure and US MNC.
Organized, structured thinker with ability to handle multiple assignments, work flexible hours, consolidate and analyze/interpret information/data from multiple, disparate sources.
Ability to work independently, guide and collaborate with fellow team members
