Traineeship (Primary and Community Care) [GRIT@Gov]

What the role is:
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service ( ) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector. Healthier SG has underscored the importance of IT as an enabler for the primary care sector to ensure seamless data flow and facilitate care continuity across different healthcare settings. This role will be primarily involved in the review of IT needs for the private primary care sector, including the primary care-facing IT/infrastructural development, gathering of data requirements, co-design of UI/UX with stakeholders, translation to IT specifications and systems implementation.
In addition, this role will also help coordinate and support implementation of the Person-Centred Care Framework, lead secretariat work and regular stakeholder engagements, aimed to ensure the scaling of person-centred care across clusters and primary care sector.
What you will be working on:
Support the development of the GP IT enablement roadmap for the private primary care sector
Review, develop and implement primary care IT-related initiatives to support primary care transformation and population health initiatives
Review and seek approvals on IT-related budget for systems where PCC is the business/system owner
Support the Person-Centred Care Framework with the aim of establishing a Community of Practice (COP) among the primary care partners
