What the role is:
You will focus on software development and the application of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) models and analytics to enhance operations within Army units.
What you will be working on:
Adapt digital products and AI tools to military contexts
Rapidly trial and deploy solutions that improve decision-making, efficiency and mission outcomes
What we are looking for:
Education in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or a related field
Passion towards coding and AI and contributing to national defence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
About the traineeship:
The traineeship will be for a period of 6 months.

The Defence Executive Officer (DXO) scheme is the non-uniformed career scheme of MINDEF that offers myriad opportunities in various job functions, such as corporate communications, cyber security, data analytics and visualisation, defence policy, finance, HR, psychology, and more.
