WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of the Singapore office across our three Business Units. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to details, and the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners to keep day-to-day activities running seamlessly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Policy & Premium Administration
Prepare and verify renewal documentation on behalf of Advisors to ensure smooth operations and client service delivery, especially for our Private Client Business Unit.
Manage premium administration, including preliminary accuracy checks and follow-up on unpaid premium, in coordination with Advisors, Finance and Insurers.
Collaborate with all business units to ensure efficient handover of administrative tasks.
Business Reporting & Data Integrity
Consolidate, produce and distribute financial and performance reports (premiums, budgets, KPIs), while safeguarding data accuracy and consistency.
