Role Description Focus on Solutions Sales covering Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) clients across Asia ex-Japan which includes insurance firms across Singapore and Hong Kong. Other responsibilities include: Responsibilities Structured solution sales across Fixed Income Products Introducing new NBFI client relationships to the firm. Maintaining existing NBFI client relationships of the firm. Introducing product capabilities of the firms to NBFI clients. Market trade ideas and solutions. Regular research for sales origination. Work closely with trading, structuring and research team across multiple jurisdictions. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience selling fixed income structured solutions to insurance clients in Malaysia Minimum of 2 years of experience structuring fixed income products Minimum of 2 years of experience covering credit products Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Experience with both technical and pricing knowledge of derivatives, and the sales functions across all asset classes across Asia (excluding Japan) market, along with legal environment and documentation. Proven ability to perform quantitative and analytical assessments for structured products and pricing models. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently, coordinate across teams, and deliver outcomes without close supervision.
