Engineering Manager, Managed Agencies (MCCY)Join to apply for the Engineering Manager, Managed Agencies (MCCY)role at GovTech Singapore Overview As an Engineering Manager, you will guide discovery and WoG product teams on tech solutioning and provide technical advisory. You will be responsible for solutioning and product fit analysis of major digital products supporting youth engagement and civic actions. Responsibilities Ensure the application of appropriate technologies for digital solutions to meet business and policy outcomes. Work closely with Product and Operations managers from conceptualization to scaling of digital services. Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Engineering or related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in product management, IT business analysis, application solutioning, and testing. Knowledge of modern product development practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development. At least 3 years working directly with engineers, designers, and product managers. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence. Relevant certifications like Professional certification in product management, CITPM, COMIT, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master. Culture and Traits Drive business transformation with ambition, curiosity, and action orientation. Take ownership and accountability. Willing to experiment, learn from failures, and improve. Balance competing demands with a growth mindset.
