Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to manage the daily operations of our school. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of administrative activities, providing support to the team, students, and parents, and upholding the school's commitment to excellence in music education.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the school and projects, including scheduling, correspondence, record-keeping, and facility coordination.

Oversee the upkeep of facilities and order necessary supplies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and staff, providing timely and professional communication.

Oversee student enrollment and registration processes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with school policies.

Support team with administrative needs, including projects management, class scheduling, examination, room assignments, and event coordination.

Manage financial transactions such as tuition invoicing, payments, and budget tracking in coordination with the finance department.

Coordinate school events, recitals, auditions, and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are addressed.

Maintain and update school databases, student information systems, and digital records securely and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with school policies and assist with updating procedures

Assist with marketing and outreach efforts, including communication with prospective students and promotional activities.

Requirements:
