This role is based in Singapore.
At Linked In, we trust each other to do our best work where it works best for us and our teams. This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a Linked In office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together.
As the Enterprise Account Director, you will partner closely with Linked In's largest customers in Korea to expand our footprint by aligning Linked In’s diverse portfolio of professional solutions with their complex requirements and be dedicated to making our customers stronger, seeking out opportunities for growth.
You will conduct Executive-level commercial discussions related to the renewal and expansion of Linked In Talent Solutions (Hiring, Insights, Learning) products and solutions. In order to ensure our customers generate the highest return on their investment, you will ensure that the solutions are being utilized effectively in the region and, ultimately, will provide compelling recommendations for additional investments and renewals in Linked In. This is a highly collaborative role requiring a passion for building strong and lasting relationships which allow our largest customers to be, and feel, successful with Linked In products and solutions. Although you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the customer.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of applicable quota-carrying/sales experience
Business fluency in Korean and English due to local market needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling to Korea Conglomerates/Enterprise customers
Experience selling HR solutions/Saa S solutions
Ability to multi-thread and find new business opportunities within existing accounts
Ability to find and manage high-level business in an evangelistic sale environment
Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs
Ability to include multiple partners and members of the company management team using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors
Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions
Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results
Excellent communication, negotiation and forecasting skills
