Roles & Responsibilities Role Summary We are looking for an experienced APAC Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Director to design, implement, and manage C&B programs across the Asia‐Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of regional market practices, regulatory requirements, and a track record of delivering effective C&B solutions to attract and retain top talent. This role will collaborate with HR, business leaders, and global teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with local laws. Role Responsibilities Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies for the APAC region. Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness. Design and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Partner with HR and business leaders to design performance‐based incentive programs. Analyze C&B data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on C&B matters. Lead regional C&B projects, such as pay equity analysis and benefits harmonization. Role Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) a plus. 8-10 years of C&B experience, with 5+ years in a regional APAC role. Strong knowledge of APAC labor laws, tax regulations, and market practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Experience in M&A and C&B integration. Knowledge of equity‐based compensation and executive rewards.
