Senior Executive / Executive, Innovation and Technology (Future Health System)
The Executive / Senior Executive shall participate and support the Project In-Charge in meeting the transformational requirements of the hospital or projects.
Responsibilities
Facilitate or join working sessions with stakeholders towards defined project deliverables and timeframes
Work with relevant cluster/hospital level workgroups to align projects and deliver project objectives
Assist or conduct project feasibility studies, exploratory activities (e.g., proof of concept, piloting) and tendering processes
Provide technical solutioning, analytical reviews and process reviews for the projects assigned
Ensure timely updates or escalation of issues at appropriate levels
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of projects
Manage project development and implementation (e.g., funding/grant approval and testing for operationalization)
Conduct technical reviews on current trending technology or technology relevant to the project; provide proposals for next-stage project development or potential technologies for implementation
Manage general administration duties
Job Requirements
Degree with minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably with knowledge of hospital operations
Knowledge or qualifications in robotic engineering, mechatronics, robotics programming, project management, human factors or related fields is preferred
Able to manage, recommend or facilitate project changes accordingly (will be an advantage)
Experience with vendor management will be an advantage
Task-driven with excellent facilitation, planning, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
