You will be a valued member of our Digital Marketing team, optimizing creatives on our paid media channels to meet organizational goals. This role requires collaboration between our performance, marketing communications, and visual teams to ensure that our best marketing assets are pushed to the right platforms. You'll need to apply your creative eye and visual styling skills, while keeping metrics and data analysis at the forefront.
Our brand's initiatives include collaborations with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, and international esports organizers like Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.
Responsibilities
Strategize and drive new creative initiatives on paid media channels to meet conversion-driven organizational goals, including EDM, video, social, and display channels.
Execute creative experiments and tests to optimize ROI from marketing assets across paid media channels.
Oversee UGC programs on social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
Monitor, analyze, and report on media asset performance regularly.
Collaborate with Visual and Marketing Communications departments to ideate and improve the artistic and creative direction of organic and paid assets.
Requirements
Experience with paid digital media campaigns, media planning, or performance marketing in an agency or in-house environment, with familiarity in performance metrics and analytics.
Experience with online and social media advertising, such as working in an ad agency. Visual styling skills are important, even if you're not a traditional artist.
Understanding of market trends and online media channels like Facebook, Google Display, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube advertising.
Experience in the consumer internet space, such as DTC, e-commerce, travel, design, technology, or lifestyle brands, is highly valued.
Ability to use consumer insights and data-driven strategies to inform media recommendations while maintaining a creative perspective.
Comfortable presenting data and insights clearly.
Strong understanding of consumer psychology.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently without close supervision.
