Core Responsibilities
Grow Givaudan's business by managing designated accounts to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor the Annual Development Plan (ADP) to ensure sales activities are on schedule and meet established success criteria.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers within your portfolio, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Keep a close eye on customer and competitor activities, maintaining up-to-date customer information to inform strategic decisions.
Support the seamless transition of customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production, ensuring a smooth process and customer satisfaction.
Help negotiate pricing agreements within established guidelines, managing credit, pricing, rebates, and other financial aspects for key accounts.
Collaborate in developing and delivering compelling internal and customer presentations that communicate Givaudan's value proposition.
Main Requirements
Background in Food Science, Chemistry, Biological, Nutrition (or relevant Science fields).
3 to 8 years of functional/technical sales experience.
Ability to develop basic Annual Development Plans for important customers.
Can identify and articulate value drivers for key customers.
Experience generating new business, with assistance from experienced account professionals.
Experience with customer strategy, projects, priorities, and launch processes.
Basic understanding of competitor activities with key customers.
