Candidates should have a proven track record of success in sales and be able to develop and execute robust strategies aligned with company goals and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets, verticals, and customer segments.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Address client concerns with agility and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent pipeline health.
  • Presentation of weekly sales cadence and strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaboration cross-functionally to align sales efforts with product, marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and competitive movements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 4 to 7 years of progressive sales experience, demonstrating a consistent record of achievement.
  • Prior experience within the relevant industry is strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team-oriented environment.
