Our ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality traditional authentic Bangladeshi dishes, particularly focusing on the preparation of various Bangladesh cuisines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee all kitchen activities, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met at all times.
  • Daily Supervision and Coaching of Junior Staff: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in their daily tasks, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Inventory Management and Stock Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, maintaining optimal stock quantities to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Portion Monitoring and Waste Control: Ensure accurate portion control, minimizing waste and optimizing food usage.

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in all Bangladesh cuisines, a deep understanding of authentic Bangladeshi food preparation, and the ability to work under pressure during busy periods. Flexibility with working hours is also required, including split shifts.
