Job Description:

Are you passionate about cooking traditional and authentic Bangladesh cuisine? Do you have experience in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high food standards?

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef to join our team and showcase their culinary expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • To prepare high quality traditional authentic Bangladesh food, especially north Bangladesh dishes, that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
  • To ensure that all dishes are freshly prepared and food standards are met by implementing effective inventory management and stock rotation procedures.
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, supervising junior kitchen staffs, and monitoring portions and waste control.
  • Plan and arrange ingredients for next day preparation and orders, ensuring timely delivery and freshness.
  • Need to understand customer requirements as per order and introduce new dishes and menus accordingly.
  • Experience in all Bangladesh cuisines, with knowledge of properties and usage of herbs and spices in food preparation.
