
Member Relations Professional

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to support our member relations efforts, overseeing various aspects including event and program management, day-to-day operations, payments, reporting, marketing, member rewards, partnership development, digitalisation, portal management, and ad-hoc duties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and executing monthly events and programs for members, as well as processing new applications and handling renewal reminders and general membership enquiries.
- Assist in managing event and program logistics, including coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Process new membership applications and handle renewal reminders, ensuring timely and efficient communication with members.
- Verify details and payments, coordinating with the finance team to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare and deliver monthly membership reports, providing valuable insights into member engagement and programme effectiveness.
- Develop and manage electronic direct mailers (EDMs) to engage members and promote events, leveraging email marketing best practices to drive results.
- Collaborate with external partners on joint initiatives, including webinars, site visits, workshops, and roundtable discussions, fostering relationships and driving business growth.
- Work with internal teams to enhance the Members Portal, focusing on functionality, user experience, and interface improvements to increase member engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple projects concurrently. They must also be meticulous and able to manage administration of projects independently and with minimum supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma holder and above in any discipline.
- Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and result-driven.

- Prepared and able to travel at least once a month.
- Able to formulate and conduct presentations in front of higher Management.
