Job Description
As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our Relationship Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and client service support to ensure seamless delivery of services to Private Banking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, and making travel arrangements.
- Respond to all client enquiries and instructions, and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
- Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts.
- Support Relationship Managers in the provision of financial advisory services to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data and reports.
- Handle administrative duties, including coordinating meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials, and ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations and policies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions.
- A Bachelor degree or diploma in a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client interfacing skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a future-oriented mindset, with a willingness to innovate and adapt to changes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
