This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to learn the art of baking and contribute to the success of our bakery. As a Bakery Assistant , you will assist in the production of high-quality baked goods, learn new skills, and work collaboratively with other bakery staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
  • Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Taste and inspect products to ensure consistency and quality.

Kitchen Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations.

Teamwork:

  • Work collaboratively with other bakery staff to ensure efficient production and minimize delays.
  • Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in a bakery or related role is an advantage, but not required.

Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

  • No specific qualifications required, but a certificate or diploma in baking is an advantage.
