An exciting opportunity to work with a leading Technology Solutions Provider as their Cloud Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end service operations across AWS or Azure environments. You will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth operations, SLA adherence and continual service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage cloud service delivery across multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure), ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
Monitor cloud environments using tools like CloudWatch or Azure Monitor to identify and resolve incidents proactively.
Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Engineering teams to maintain high operational standards.
Lead service reviews with clients, sharing insights, metrics, and driving improvements.
Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and cloud cost optimisation.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory frameworks while maintaining documentation and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in cloud service delivery/operations.
Strong grasp of monitoring tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) and familiarity with ITIL practices and DevOps environments.
Experience in cost governance/FinOps is a plus.
