– A seamless travel technology ecosystem that streamlines bookings, connectivity, and distribution.
PayDocker
– A cross-border payment platform designed for OTAs, bedbanks, and hotel owners, offering secure, fast, and transparent transactions.
Our marketing team is expanding, and we're looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist who can combine strategic thinking with execution, bringing creativity, structure, and precision to our content and digital presence. This role is for someone who is resourceful, highly efficient, and thrives in a fast-moving, global environment.
If you can craft compelling content, manage social media, optimize SEO, and run marketing workflows like clockwork, this is your chance to take ownership and contribute to a company operating on a global scale.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Develop and manage content for Bakuun and PayDocker, aligning messaging with global business objectives.
Write and optimize website content, blogs, and product pages, ensuring clarity, engagement, and conversion.
Break down technical product features into compelling, accessible narratives for B2B audiences.
Social Media & Engagement
Drive LinkedIn content strategy, crafting engaging posts that enhance brand credibility and industry positioning.
Create and manage organic and product-led campaigns that increase visibility and engagement.
Track engagement metrics, analyze audience insights, and refine content for maximum impact.
Website & SEO Performance
Maintain and update website content using Webflow, ensuring pages are structured for conversion.
Implement SEO best practices using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics to enhance search visibility.
Structure content to be high-performing, scalable, and optimized for different regions.
Marketing Operations & HubSpot Management
Manage HubSpot workflows, lead automation, and CRM data to ensure marketing processes are seamless.
Set up email marketing campaigns, ensuring audience segmentation and automation are optimized.
Use performance tracking dashboards to measure content effectiveness, audience engagement, and lead conversions.
Creative Direction & Visual Content
Lead creative execution, ensuring brand consistency across all digital assets.
Design or manage the production of marketing visuals, social media graphics, and landing page assets using Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Work independently or collaborate with external designers and agencies when needed.
Market Research & Global Strategy
Conduct market research to refine content strategies across different regions, including APAC, North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Adapt messaging to fit global and localized markets, ensuring relevance across industries.
Keep up with competitor analysis, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities to fine-tune marketing efforts.
Work alongside Product, Commercial teams, ensuring marketing strategies align with business objectives.
Develop content frameworks that enhance sales and customer engagement.
Ensure marketing workflows are scalable, structured, and performance-driven.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
Excellent writing and editorial skills: You know how to make complex topics engaging and accessible.
SEO expertise: You understand content optimization, keyword strategy, and analytics-driven decision-making.
Experience with HubSpot & CRM management: You can set up workflows, lead segmentation, and automation.
A creative eye for design: You understand how visual storytelling enhances content impact.
Proficiency in Webflow, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
Highly adaptable and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects across different markets.
A strategic and resourceful mindset: You know how to work efficiently, leverage tools effectively, and execute with precision.
