About The Role
At Sleek, we recognise the transformative power of AI in content marketing—but we also know that human expertise and strategic oversight are key to maximising its impact. As our AI Content Marketing Specialist, your mission is to leverage AI and automation to create high-performing, conversion-focused content that drives organic traffic and business growth.
You'll be responsible for optimising AI-generated content for search intent, brand alignment, and audience engagement, working closely with technical SEO, social media, and the wider marketing team. We are looking for someone who can expertly manipulate AI tools to scale content production, improve search performance, and enhance conversion rates while ensuring consistency and quality.

As our AI Content Marketing Specialist, your mission is to leverage AI and automation to create high-performing, conversion-focused content that drives organic traffic and business growth.
Outcomes:
Increase organic traffic and rankings by optimising AI-generated content to drive measurable traffic growth across Sleek's five websites.
Achieve top SERP positions for key industry-related keywords.
Leverage AI and automation for scalable content growth and successfully integrate AI-powered content tools and automation to streamline content production.
Optimize and scale the existing SEO content strategy by identifying and executing high-impact opportunities, ensuring content aligns with search intent, market trends, and business goals.
Deliver data-driven results and performance improvements by tracking, analysing, and reporting on organic performance, keyword rankings, and engagement metrics.
Enhance content operations and workflow efficiency and improve the content publishing and management process in WordPress. Develop SOPs and best practices for AI, SEO, and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and organic growth.
Proven ability to drive organic traffic growth using content marketing best practices and AI-driven content tools.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SE Ranking) to inform strategy and measure success.
Proficiency in WordPress, AI content tools, and content automation workflows.
Ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated content for SEO performance, readability, and user engagement.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-managed environment across multiple websites.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams (SEO, content, and marketing).
Experience with AI-powered video creation tools would be desirable.
Background in Accounting, Tax, SaaS, or Financial Services would be a plus.

About The Interview Process

Introductory Call & Career Overview: A video call lasting approximately 30 minutes with a member of our HR team to discuss your application and gain insight into your experiences and expectations related to the role.
AI Content Task Review: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short, time-based content optimisation task.
Hiring Manager Interview: A conversation lasting about 60 minutes with the Hiring Manager to assess your task and technical qualifications for this position.
Behavioural Fit Assessment: A discussion of approximately 60 minutes, typically with a member of HR or the leadership team.
Reference Interviews & Coffee Chat With Team: We will conduct 2-3 brief phone or video calls with the references you provide and an opportunity to meet some of the team.
